Because customers receive immediate access to digital products and infrastructure after purchase, refunds are evaluated according to the conditions outlined below.


3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The account has not consumed any credits, usage allowances, AI generations, platform resources, learning resources, premium content, or subscription benefits.
  • The subscription has not been materially used.
  • No abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or policy violations are associated with the account.
  • The account remains in good standing.

BrainGrid Digital reserves the right to verify account activity before approving any refund request.

If all eligibility requirements are satisfied, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The refund request is submitted after the 7-day refund window.
  • Credits have been used.
  • AI generations have been consumed.
  • Platform resources have been utilized.
  • Educational content has been accessed substantially.
  • Subscription benefits have been used.
  • The customer has violated platform policies.
  • The purchase was made using promotional, discounted, custom, enterprise, or negotiated pricing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The customer simply changes their mind after using the service.
  • Service interruptions outside our reasonable control occur.
  • Third-party integrations, providers, or external systems experience issues.

5. Credit Usage and Service Consumption

Many BrainGrid Digital products operate using usage-based systems, credits, compute resources, storage, AI processing, educational access, or other consumable benefits.

Once any measurable product benefit has been consumed, the purchase may become ineligible for refund.

Examples include:

  • Generating AI content
  • Using platform credits
  • Running AI workflows
  • Accessing premium resources
  • Creating active campaigns
  • Collecting leads
  • Displaying social proof widgets
  • Accessing protected course content
  • Consuming subscription-based resources

6. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time through available account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not automatically generate a refund.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
  • No additional charges will be applied after successful cancellation.
  • Previously paid subscription fees remain subject to this policy.

7. Renewals

Refunds are not guaranteed for renewal charges where services or subscription benefits have already been made available.

Customers experiencing billing issues should contact BrainGrid Digital before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Account termination
  • Restriction of future purchases
  • Collection activities where permitted by law

BrainGrid Digital reserves all legal rights regarding disputed transactions.


9. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, BrainGrid Digital may provide partial or full refunds outside this policy at its sole discretion.

  • Duplicate transactions

Such exceptions do not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
